Cook Island language week in GI

Kia Orana! For cook island language week we visited our local library where our local cook island people were sharing their knowledge about the beautiful art form of Tivaevae. We saw beautiful bold colours of images of the pacific in the tivaevae like flowers, leaves and breadfruit. MEITAKI MA'ATA!! to all the mama's and papa's for sharing your beautiful language and culture with us! It was a very uplifting, warm and inspiring experience! Fa'afetai tele lava!
